Q: Are your items closeouts, discontinued merchandise and such?

A: Absolutely not. We offer only the finest name branded and Genuine Licensed® Camo Patterns. All items are newly made and ship direct from the factory.

Q: How fast will I receive my merchandise?

A: Most items ship within a 5 - 7 working day period. All items are shipped via UPS ground and shipment notifications are emailed at the time of transit. Travel time is 5 - 7 working days.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We stand by each and every one of our products. We pride ourselves in carrying only the best in name branded merchandise and offer a full refund less shipping if you are not satisfied with your product.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused. Return requests are accepted within 72 hours of receiving your order. An RMA # must 1st be issued before returning any product. To obtain an RMA please do so through an email. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: What if I need more information on a certain product or have a questions about that product?

A: You may email us any time at sales@thefurnitureshack.biz for questions about any one of our products. We will have a customer service rep try and return your email within a 24 hour period. Most of the time, much sooner.
